DCAG
Product Offerings
Please use the "Contact
Us" or "Jobs & Work"
buttons to become a DCAG Client / Candidate, or to ask to be contacted by one of
our representatives. DCAG specializes in Disaster Recovery
Consulting and Personnel Placement.
In response to the demands for increased
personnel performance and productivity, DCAG has developed a
Personnel
Productivity System (PPS) that incorporates three products under one umbrella.
These products can be used individually, or jointly, and are:
-
Automated
Personnel System (APS)
-
The APS is used to accept and match
personnel requests with resumes, so that hiring managers can locate
qualified people right from their desks. Hiring managers complete
personnel request forms (job requests) for permanent, consulting, or
temporary personnel. Searches are then performed against our database
of personnel (30,000 locally and unlimited online personnel resumes through
affiliated services). When matches are made, they are contacted,
screened, and submitted to the hiring manager for his review.
Coordination is provided through system resources, so that hiring managers
and personnel can discuss job functions via phone, email, video
conferencing, or face-to-face (depending upon the services they desire to
use).
-
-
Automated
Training System (ATS)
-
The ATS was developed to respond to
client needs related to personnel awareness and training. This system
will allow clients to utilize an INTRANET based information system
containing internal manuals and procedures (i.e., Standards and Procedures,
Business Plans and Projects, User Manuals, etc.), along with Computer Based
Training modules for continuing education and vendor certifications.
-
-
Workflow
Management System (WMS)
-
The WMS was designed to address the
single greatest lost of productivity within a firm, that is - Forms
Management and control. The WMS is used to create on-line forms, route
them to personnel having the functional responsibility for the tasks
associated with work items, tracking them from one individual to the next as
specific tasks associated with the work item are performed,
